STORE POLICY
SHIPPING | RETURN POLICY
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, as we are unable to restock or resell returned/opened products due to sanitary reasons. 
  • The processing time for all orders are 2-3 business days. After that, orders will be shipped out. Please allow 3-6 business days (United States) for your order to be delivered and 10-15 business days (International) for your order to be delivered. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, the delivery times can change.
  • All packages ship through USPS. Once your package has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number. When the tracking number is sent out, we no longer have control over the package. Please be sure to contact USPS for further information regarding missing packages. Incorrect address/info will be responsibility of the customer.
  • Secret Escape Beautè by J.Marie IS NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen orders.

CANCELING AN ORDER

  • If you would like to cancel an order that you just placed, please contact us through our ‘Contact Us’ form with the subject ‘Order cancellation’ followed by your order number (ex. ‘Order Cancellation  (#00000’). No edits can be made to your order once it is placed.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it CANNOT be cancelled.
